Filip Kolarov is a 3rd-degree black belt in Aikido, having trained under James Sowery Sensei, and received his Dan rankings from the late Michael Field Sensei. Since 2011, Filip has been teaching Aikido to both children and adults, emphasising safe, effective training with a strong focus on self-defence and personal development.
